Michiel Botman

Michiel is a managing director and set up Veris together with Juliette de Wijkerslooth. Prior to Veris, Michiel was a senior investment officer at FMO’s private equity team, with a focus on Africa. At FMO, he assessed, made and managed equity investments across the region in various companies, projects and funds. Earlier work experience includes BNP Paribas, PWC, IBM and African infrastructure fund manager AIIM. Michiel holds an MSc. in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
